Role Overview

We are hiring Accounts Executives to support end-to-end accounting operations, spanning transaction processing, vendor management, receivables, and statutory compliance for our client based out of Chennai.

The role is structured into two focus areas based on experience and capability — Operations (Junior - TRIPLICANE) and Compliance & Receivables (Mid-Level -MEPZ).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and records
• Manage vendor payments, tracking, and documentation
• Ensure timely updates in Google Sheets / Excel / ERP systems
• Support financial reporting and reconciliation activities

Operations Focus Area , 1 - 2 years of experience is good

Execution of day-to-day accounting activities and data management

Responsibilities

• Purchase & Expense Entries
• Vendor Payables Tracking
• Vendor / Expense Payments
• Vendor & Expense Advance Management
• Routine data updates and validation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting / data entry experience
• Familiarity with Tally / Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

For 3 -5 years Focus are Compliance & Receivables is good

Ownership of receivables, GST compliance, and financial control

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable, Billing & Collections tracking
• GST Compliance (GSTR-2B, Returns, Refunds)
• Payroll validation & reconciliation (Zoho/ERP)
• Data alignment between operational sheets and accounting systems
• Audit-ready documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 3–5 years of core accounting experience
• Strong expertise in GST and receivables management
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
