Job Description
Job SummaryThe Admin Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating administrative activities, and providing general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
- Manage office stationery inventory and place replenishment requests.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation when required.
- Support HR with employee onboarding documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are functioning properly and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
