Roles and responsibilities

• Process and generate invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day billing transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording billing data.
• Reconcile billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and payments.
• Ensure timely issuance of invoices and timely reporting of same.
• Generate reports detailing billing status and Unbilled reports.
• Handle billing-related queries from clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Uploading of invoices in client portal and coordinating with clients /onshore team.
• Strong understanding of billing operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle and manage conference calls with clients regarding billing issues.
• Generating and distributing monthly reports as per requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to billing records.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines for invoice processing.
• Ensure the billing process runs smoothly in line with the company’s policies.

Skills/Experience

• Proven working experience as Billing Analyst
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in English and Proficient in MS- Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Strong analytical, organizational, conflict solving and negotiation skills.
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with other departments, Client and internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be a team player who also works well independently.
• Must be able to read, analyze, interpret and comprehend common scientific and technical journals & financial reports.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both an oral and written manner to common inquiries or issues from suppliers / agencies / Internal stakeholders.
• Graduation/master’s in commerce
• Ability to resolve the issue with a positive approach.
