The job as an Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) in Rocksport, is a stepping stone to an exciting career as adventure learning advisor and outdoor instructor. The job is a multitasking assignment, where candidates are required to visit schools and meet principals / management to promote adventure based learning programs. The candidate also works as an instructor in these programs organized in city and at outstation camp sites. Selected candidate undergoes STG, which is a professionally designed Induction and On Job Training program. The candidate gets a chance to work with most professional adventure leaders and learning experts. This enables committed and hardworking Rocksporters to achieve professional and financial growth, unmatchable in the industry. Work life at Rocksport presents frequent adventure opportunities of participating in Rock Climbing,Trekking, Camping, etc. Those who are, 18 to 26 year old with a passion of working in outdoor and adventure industry in a professional work culture should apply. The candidate should have a bike and laptop or should be willing to take one.

- Become adventure instructors with NSDC certification. - Get a day adventure experience after completion of 3 months. - Earn 1 Business suit after completion of 6 months. - Experience a Trek with Team Rocksport in first 12 months. - Enjoy a Camping Night out for 2 at any Rocksport Partner sites after completion of 1st year. Skills required Looking for dynamic individuals with good communication skills, a go-getter attitude and love for adventure travel. Eligible candidates will be responsible for: - Achieve individual sales target by following Rocksport Sales Process - Assist in updating and maintaining the school list of assigned territory - Design proposals as per client requirements - Participate and manage in public relation events and activities - Work as group instructor in camps and programs - Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients. - Maintain and update different types of records and files. - Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time

Qualification - Graduate (from any Stream) with good communication skills - Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook - Background of sports or other extracurricular activities
