Field Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Field Onboarding Executive to join our growth team at Surepath Systems. You will be the face of the company, responsible for bringing new restaurants onto our platform and ensuring they are set up for success. This role requires significant "on-the-street" presence, interacting with restaurant owners, and managing the end-to-end onboarding technicalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Visit restaurants daily to pitch Surepath’s value proposition and sign up new partners.
• Data Collection: Collect and verify all necessary documents (FSSAI, GST, Bank details) and high-quality images of the restaurant's menu/KOT.
• Technical Onboarding: Assist restaurant owners in setting up the Restaurant Onboarding Portal, including configuring map interfaces for delivery addresses.
• Menu Management: Help restaurants map their online menu items with their POS systems (converting full descriptions into short POS names).
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the merchant during their journey on our platform.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1–2 years of field experience in restaurant onboarding (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart, Zepto, Magicpin etc) or FMCG sales.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and explaining technical portals to non-tech-savvy merchants.
• Communication: Fluent in the local language and basic English.
• Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (essential for field visits).
• Problem Solver: Ability to explain complex features like QR code bill integration and automated kitchen order printing.
