Job Description
- Physical Verification: Auditing branches to ensure that pledged gold ornaments physically exist, are accurately valued, properly stored in vaults, and match branch records.
- Operational & Financial Audits: Reviewing branch operations, including proper documentation for loans, cash balance management, and compliance with company policies and RBI regulations.
- Audit Reporting & Documentation: Preparing detailed Audit Reports, including Root Cause Analysis, identifying operational risks, and submitting them to the Audit Committee or Regional Heads.
- Compliance Verification: Ensuring that KYC norms are followed for customers and that all necessary documents are complete and legally enforceable.
- Field Investigations: Conducting spot checks, field inspections, and, in certain cases, post-disbursal verification for high-value loans.
