Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Field Technician to handle machine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at client locations. The role involves field visits, equipment repair, and ensuring smooth machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain machines at various client sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them quickly.
• Perform routine checks to ensure machines work efficiently.
• Refill machines (if applicable) and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain daily service reports and update the team.
• Coordinate with the operations team for spare parts and support.
• Ensure timely visits and professional customer handling.
• Should be able to handle basic maintenance-related work.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Technician.
• Ability to identify and fix technical issues on-site.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
• Experience as a technician or field service engineer is an advantage.
• Should have basic knowledge of laptop operations, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Salary: As per company standards

Working Days: Monday To Saturday

Shift Timing: 9:30 To 6:30
