We are looking for a skilled and motivated Laptop Service Technician to join our dynamic team at an HP Authorized Service Center in T. Nagar. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy troubleshooting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops, especially HP devices (hardware & software issues)
- Perform component-level troubleshooting (motherboard, RAM, SSD, display, etc.)
- Install and configure operating systems and drivers
- Handle customer queries and provide technical support
- Maintain service records and ensure timely delivery of repaired devices
- Follow HP service standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in laptop servicing and repair
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Basic communication skills in English/Tamil
- Certification in hardware/networking is an added advantage
