Job Description
We have an Excellent Opportunity for Male Candidates for Automobile Sales Executive.
About Client:
Our Client is an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, It also operates in other business verticles including financial services and cloud kitchens.
Role: Automobile Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
- Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries
- Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
- Demonstrating the Scooter.
- Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
- Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
- Closing and Follow-up.
- KPIs
- - Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- - Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- - Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- - Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
- - CX rating
Requirements
- Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
- Min Qualification:- 12th/10th + diploma/graduation
- Good Communication Skill.
- Should know 2-wheeler driving ( DL is not mandatory)
Benefits
Salary:- 20,000 ctc + PF+ ESIC & Variables
