Backend Engineer C++
Required Skills
• Have 5 to 8 years of experience as a developer in C/C++ programming language • Strong experience in the full engineering lifecycle of embedded applications in Linux • Good at creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance, and ensuring maintainable coding standards • Experience in RPC using gRPC and Cap’n Proto • Understanding of non-functional aspects such as performance, security, and reliability • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines • Ability to dive into existing codebases to learn and adapt quickly • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills • Collaborate with teams, leadership, and product owners to build solutions • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently with minimal direction • Receptive to feedback and open to revising plans when required • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to come up with creative solutionsNice to Have Skills
• Experience in automotive navigation or infotainment system development • Public cloud experience ( Azure, AWS, or equivalent ) in production • Experience in microservices development using Go, Rust, or Java • Containerization experience • Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience Level
