Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing & Store Executive to handle billing operations, inventory entries, and basic store maintenance. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and accurate stock management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Cash Handling
- Handle customer billing using POS system
- Accept and process cash, UPI, and card payments
- Ensure accuracy in billing and daily cash reconciliation
2. Billing System & Inventory Work
- Perform goods checking during inward stock
- Create Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in the system
- Assist in Purchase Order (PO) creation
- Coordinate with vendors for order follow-ups
- Maintain accurate stock entries in the system
3. Merchandising & Store Maintenance
- Arrange products neatly on shelves
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the store
- Support stock refilling and basic inventory checks
Requirements
- Minimum any experience in retail / supermarket preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software / POS)
- Good attitude towards work and customers
