Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis, market research, UI/UX sensibility, and executive communication skills. The role requires translating business problems and market insights into clear strategies, user-centric solutions, and executive-ready presentations, while leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
•    Analyze business problems and convert insights into structured narratives and strategic recommendations.
•    Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessment to support business decisions.
•    Apply UI/UX principles to ensure user-centric thinking in solution design and storytelling.
•    Create high-impact, executive-level presentations that communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
•    Leverage AI tools (for research, analysis, content structuring, and visualization) to improve efficiency and outcomes.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and manage scope and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
•    10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Strategy Support roles.
•    Strong expertise in:
o    Business analysis and problem structuring
o    Market and competitive research
o    Executive presentation and storytelling
o    UI/UX fundamentals and user-centric design thinking
•    Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for analysis, research, and content creation.
•    Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for data visualization.
•    Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills.
