Job Description

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries

Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

Prepare proposals, presentations, and MIS reports
