Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executives for our IFB Point Showroom. The role involves handling walk-in customers, explaining IFB products, closing sales, and promoting accessories, AMC, and finance offers.
- Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in showroom customers professionally
- Explain IFB washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, chimneys, ACs, and kitchen appliances
- Demonstrate product features, offers, EMI, and exchange benefits
- Sell accessories like stands, covers, water softeners, and detergents
- Promote AMC / extended warranty plans
- Follow up on customer inquiries via phone & WhatsApp
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product knowledge
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with delivery and service teams
- Eligibility:12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers or experienced in retail sales
- Tamil speaking mandatory (basic English preferred)
- Smart communication & customer handling
- Basic computer / billing knowledge preferred
- Preferred Skills:Retail showroom sales
