Our focus is simple: better produce, trusted sourcing, and a retail experience customers genuinely enjoy.As we expand our retail presence, we’re looking for people who don’t just run stores, they build customer relationships, create energy on the shop floor, and drive sales every single day.About the Role:We are looking for a highly sales-driven and energetic Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores. This role is not just about running store operations; the primary responsibility is to drive sales, increase walk-ins, and create repeat customers.
The ideal candidate is extroverted, confident with customers, and naturally good at selling and upselling products. The Store Manager will take full ownership of the store’s performance, team, and customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience (Primary Focus)Drive daily store sales and revenue growth
- Actively engage with customers on the floor and sell / upsell products
- Increase repeat customer footfall and loyalty
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience at all times
- Handle and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong brand presence and customer trust at the store level
- Store OperationsOversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain store hygiene, visual display, and product presentation
- Ensure all food safety, quality, and compliance SOPs are followed
- Training & Team LeadershipUndergo 7-day training with the operations leadership team to understand store operations, product handling, and processes
- Train and guide store staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and SOPs
- Motivate the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- Inventory & Stock ControlManage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock rotation
- Monitor daily stock movement and minimise wastage
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy
- Cash Handling & ReportingManage billing operations, POS usage, and daily cash reconciliation
- Share daily sales reports, stock updates, and store performance metrics
- Coordinate with central operations and supply chain teams
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in retail / FMCG / grocery / food retail
- Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred
- Strong sales mindset and customer interaction skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
