Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable CDIT products (e.g., laptops, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, mobile phones, etc.).
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and merchandising standards at the point of sale.
  • Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
