Job Summary:Org Linked is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition to join our Chennai team. The selected candidate will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, bringing in new clients, and building long-term partnerships to accelerate our business growth. This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience, especially those from the recruitment or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:·        Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities.

·        Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking channels.

·        Pitch and present Org Linked’s recruitment solutions to key decision-makers.

·        Bring in new clients and convert prospects into active business accounts.

·        Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

·        Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

·        Maintain and regularly update a CRM or database of leads, prospects, and interactions.

·        Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition targets.

Requirements:·        Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

·        Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and close deals effectively.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

·        Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

·        Prior experience working in a recruitment firm is highly desirable.
