Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and process billing/POS transactions
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and café items as per standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and seating areas
• Ensure tables and counters are clean and well-organized
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns politely
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Support team members during busy hours and ensure smooth operations
• RequirementsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
