Job Description

Job Summary: The Events Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ministry events, prayer gatherings, conferences, outreach programs, and special meetings. The role involves handling event logistics, vendor coordination, volunteer management, participant support, and ensuring smooth event operations aligned with ministry standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute ministry events, conferences, outreach meetings, and special programs.
  • Assist in event planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
  • Handle venue arrangements, stage setup, seating, audio/video coordination, and event logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, churches, and local contacts for successful event execution.
  • Manage registrations, attendee communication, guest coordination, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support promotional activities and event publicity in coordination with media and branding teams.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of event materials, banners, giveaways, and resources.
  • Supervise volunteers and support staff during event preparation and execution.
  • Maintain event reports, attendance records, expense statements, and feedback documentation.
  • Travel as required for ministry meetings and event coordination.
  • Ensure all events are conducted in an organized, professional, and spiritually aligned manner.
