Civil Engineer

Requirement of TPI Engineers i. TPI Agency’s Engineers should be Graduate Engineer with minimum 1-year work experience or Diploma Engineer with minimum 3-year work experience.

ii. Engineers shall undergo a competency test at the concerned Divisional Office and shall be assigned in the system only after they clear the competency test on OISD 225 & PNGRB guidelines (T4S for Dispensing of Automotive Fuels Regulations,2018 with latest amendments) (passing marks 95% plus). The scores obtained in the competency test shall be valid for a period of one year.

iii. DO Engineer would map the Engineers (including e-mail address & mobile number) to the respective Retail Sales Area(s) (RSA)/ROs after they clear the competency test.

iv. Engineers should be stationed at one of the Designated Retail Sales Area(s) where they have been mapped by Client. The Engineers shall report at the RO designated as headquarters RO in that particular RSA on all days except weekly off and on days when he is travelling to other Retail Outlets in the RSA for providing clearance for issue of critical permit in portal or to take up work as advised by the DO Engineer.

v. The agency shall ensure that each Engineer is equipped with the following: ➢ All testing equipment such as Elco meter, Lux meter, Ultra-sonic thickness gauge, Vernier Calliper, Screw Gauge, Steel Measuring tapes (15 meters), Steel ruler, Thermometer, screwdriver set with tester etc. with valid calibration certificate. ➢

Mandatory Office equipment - Laptop, smart phone, Internet Connection & email facility for uploading pictures and issuing clearance in portal for online critical work permits and sending daily progress reports.
