Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities at the site. The role includes managing labour teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring proper setup and clearance of work areas, and making sure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage labour teams at the work site.

Visit and monitor different work sites as required.

Coordinate with clients at the site and address their operational requirements.

Ensure proper setup of equipment, materials, and manpower before starting work.

Ensure timely completion of work and proper site clearance after completion.

Maintain discipline and safety among labourers at the site.

Report daily work progress and issues to management.

Ensure materials and equipment are used properly and safely.

Required Skills:

Basic leadership and team management skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle labour teams and client interactions

Problem-solving ability at site level

Basic reporting and documentation skills

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler with valid license (Mandatory)
