Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience in construction project execution and site management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality standards, managing manpower, coordinating with contractors, and delivering projects within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Plan and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.

- Verify measurements, prepare quantity reports, and support billing processes.

- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.

- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

- Track material consumption and minimize wastage.

Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, structural drawings, and project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and site safety practices.
