Business Analyst / Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst with strong experience in SCM functions, especially Procurement, and exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Candidates should have been part of at least two end-to-end implementation projects.

In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, validate data, and support solution design across multiple systems and projects.

Key skills we are looking for:

• 20+ years of relevant experience in business analysis / functional analysis
• Strong functional expertise in SCM / Procurement
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Good understanding of ERP data flow and table-level discussions
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and testing
• Ability to analyze and validate data from multiple sources
• Exposure to SQL, reporting, and analytics tools is a plus

Preferred exposure:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, JDE, Glovia, or similar ERP systems
• Power BI, Tableau, Excel, ETL/reporting support, and data mapping

• Relevant Oracle EBS Apps ERP / SCM certifications
