CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Laser Machine Operator to operate and maintain the VK 1325 model for cutting and engraving works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring precision, quality output, and timely completion of production tasks.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate the CNC Laser Machine (VK 1325 Model) for cutting and engraving materials such as acrylic, MDF, wood, and other substrates
• Read and understand design files from CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Set up machine parameters including speed, power, and alignment based on material type
• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products as per specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
• Monitor laser tube performance, cooling system, and exhaust system
• Minimize material wastage and optimize machine utilization
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in CNC Laser Machine operation (preferably 1325 model)
• Basic knowledge of design software (CorelDRAW / AutoCAD)
• Understanding of materials like acrylic, MDF, plywood, etc.
• Ability to handle production targets and timelines
• Basic troubleshooting skills for machine issues
