Job Description

• Follow up with customers on pending payments and overdue invoices.

• Update and maintain collection reports.

• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for payment status.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.


Requirements:


• Freshers to experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred).

• Basic computer and Excel knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
