Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, field sales, and references
- Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers
- Explain features, benefits, and terms of credit cards clearly
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
- Follow up with customers for application completion and approval
- Stay updated on product offerings and competitor activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (for field sales roles)
