Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the specified requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and guiding the team towards successful delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to align technical solutions with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
