Job Description
Role Overview
The Media Planning Manager will lead strategic media planning, manage large media budgets, and oversee campaign execution across multiple platforms including TV, FM, and Theater.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives
Identify the most efficient media mix for campaigns
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the media planning team
Media Buying & Negotiation
Negotiate high-value deals with TV channels, newspapers, radio networks, digital platforms, Theater
Secure value additions and sponsorship opportunities
Client & Campaign Management
Present media plans to clients
Manage campaign timelines and deliverables
Monitor campaign performance
Vendor Relationship
Maintain strong relationships with media partners
Stay updated with media trends and rate structures
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of media planning & buying
Strategic thinking and negotiation ability
Client presentation skills
Budget management expertise.
