- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to align with complex business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration of applications across different platforms and systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
