Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
  2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Follow company processes and customer support guidelines.
  4. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.


Requirements:


Any Graduate / Diploma

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

6 Months to 1 Year experience in customer support/customer service preferred
