As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and comprehensively to the new system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing clear migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure that the migration proceeds smoothly and meets the project timelines, while maintaining data integrity and readiness for operational use in the target environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement effective migration strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor progress and quality of data migration activities, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and addressing challenges encountered during migration tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Graph Databases, GraphQL (Query Language), Graphical User Interface (GUI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling and graph database concepts.
- Experience in designing and executing complex data migration plans.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and migration issues.
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
