Job Description – Debt Recovery Associate (DRA)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely repayment of dues.
• Explain payment options and negotiate repayment plans when required.
• Maintain professional communication while handling customers.
• Update collection status and customer responses in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and payment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil ,Malayalam, Kannada, Telegu and basic English.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service will be an added advantage.
