Minimum Qualification : Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or ITI in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical 

Experience : Minimum experience in Tower Detailing for 2 Years. Hands on experience in AUTOCAD Software for 1Year. It is preferable to have 3 Years Experience of BOCAD TOWER software. 

Objective: Draughts Person, shall be capable of carrying out drafting activities for Transmission Lines Towers, Civil Foundations and Structures. The Designer shall have reasonable creativity in generating the Layout in complete manner and capable of suggesting alternatives/modifications

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive Specifications and Single line Diagram from Design Engineers Team 

• Check the detailing Feasibility after receiving the design Line diagram 

• Prepare GA drawing using AUTOCAD or BOCAD 

• Prepare SHOP drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) 

• Check and Finalize General Arrangement Drawing and SHOP drawing 

• Release GA and SHOP Floor drawing for PROTO Assembly 

• Resolve issues pertaining to Proto deviation in Assembly 

• Release drawings to factory for Mass Production Technical Expertise: 

• Drawing preparations. Knowledge of Different types of towers, tower parts, insulators, Accessories 

   of towers, Stub & Stub setting templates (used for casting Stub), Trigonometry. 

Operating Network:

• Internally: Head of Detailing. Design Engineers, Proto Managers of Factory, Proto Team 

• Externally: - Key Performance Indicators: 

                         • On Time Delivery 

                         • Productivity(number of towers Detailing) 

                         • Accuracy of drawings(error free)

Skills Required: 

• AUTOCAD, BOCAD(Preferable), Digishop .
