Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can also handle customer chats and support sales conversions. This is a hybrid role combining marketing strategy, content creation, and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, email, etc.)
• Create engaging and creative content for online platforms
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation
• Handle inbound chats from India & international clients
• Convert leads through chat and assist in closing sales
• Track performance metrics and improve campaign ROI

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital marketing (social media, ads, content creation)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to handle customer conversations and drive conversions
• Basic understanding of sales and lead handling
• Creative mindset with a result-oriented approach

Good to Have:

• Experience in chat support or sales
• Performance marketing / paid ads experience

Salary: Based on experience

Experience: 1–4 years preferred
