Job Description
- Train, schedule, and lead stewards and kitchen staff for optimal performance and service.
- Address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional guest experiences, often assisting during peak times.
- Oversee daily dining service, coordinate with kitchen, and maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor stock, order supplies, manage rotations, and control food/beverage costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
