Job Description

  • Train, schedule, and lead stewards and kitchen staff for optimal performance and service.
  • Address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional guest experiences, often assisting during peak times.
  • Oversee daily dining service, coordinate with kitchen, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Monitor stock, order supplies, manage rotations, and control food/beverage costs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate with management.
