Factory Maintenance Executive

A Safety and Maintenance Engineer ensures industrial machinery operates reliably while adhering to safety regulations. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing safety standards (OSHA/EPA) to minimize downtime and prevent accidents. This role requires engineering expertise, technical diagnostics, and maintaining detailed repair logs. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Maintenance: Perform routine preventive/proactive maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure maximum uptime.

·        Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.

·        Technical Support: Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, manage equipment installation, and provide training on new machinery.

·        Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance.

·        Vendor Management: Coordinate with external manufacturers for spare parts, calibration, and service contracts. 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

·        Proven work experience as a maintenance or safety engineer in an industrial setting.

 knowledge of safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, EPA).

·        Knowledge in electrical- plumbing(LT,HT),basic welding.

·        A/C maintance, (diseil engine) DE maintance

·        Utility RO water maintance knowledge

·        Proven knowledge in CNC,VMC maintance

·        Proficiency in reading technical schematics and diagnostic tools.
