FSSR Frontline Recruiter – Roles and Responsibilities :-

  1. Strong understanding of the Staffing Business
  2. Clear knowledge of the difference between Joining and Payroll count
  3. Hands-on experience in Field Sourcing
  4. Proven experience in Volume / Bulk Hiring
  5. Well-maintained database and strong network with manpower vendors and institutes
  6. Must own a Two-Wheeler with a valid driving license
  7. Willingness to work 10–11 hours a day as per business requirements
  8. Flexibility to work on holidays
  9. Exposure to Job Fairs / Rojgar Melas
  10. Computer proficiency
  11. Good communication skills, presentable appearance, and a positive mindset
  12. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
