FSSR Frontline Recruiter – Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Strong understanding of the Staffing Business
- Clear knowledge of the difference between Joining and Payroll count
- Hands-on experience in Field Sourcing
- Proven experience in Volume / Bulk Hiring
- Well-maintained database and strong network with manpower vendors and institutes
- Must own a Two-Wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to work 10–11 hours a day as per business requirements
- Flexibility to work on holidays
- Exposure to Job Fairs / Rojgar Melas
- Computer proficiency
- Good communication skills, presentable appearance, and a positive mindset
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
