Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to promote and onboard merchants onto Winngoo Pages. The candidate will be responsible for visiting businesses, explaining the platform benefits, and driving sales growth through merchant acquisition and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential merchants in assigned areas.
• Promote Winngoo Pages services and explain its features and benefits.
• Onboard new merchants and assist them in listing their business on the platform.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms
