 Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and support brand growth through on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing relationships with clients, and executing field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products/services.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Marketing:

Conduct field-level promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities.

Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.

Support the execution of local marketing campaigns and events.

Ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are placed and maintained at retail outlets.

Report on market trends, customer preferences, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

10th or 12th

Freshers and Experienced.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting formats is a plus.

valid driving license (if required for mobility).
