JOB DESCRIPTION – Parent & Student Home Counsellor (Admission Support)

Role Summary:

Responsible for visiting students’ homes, counselling parents and students about programs, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions through professional guidance and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit student homes for direct counselling and admission support

Explain courses, career scope, scholarship benefits, and fee structure

Guide parents and students in selecting suitable programs

Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up

Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions

Coordinate with admission and academic teams for smooth onboarding

Achieve assigned admission targets and field activity goals

Ensure a professional and high-quality counselling experience

Requirements:

Any Degree (Freshers/Experienced can apply)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Two-wheeler with valid Driving Licence (Mandatory)

Laptop required for reporting and presentations

Work Nature:

Field-based role involving home visits and direct interaction with parents and students
