Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new B2B customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct daily field visits to factories, warehouses, engineering companies, and industrial estates.
  • Generate enquiries for:
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Breakdown Services
  • Crane Health Assessments
  • Load Testing & Safety Inspections
  • Modernization & Refurbishment
  • Spare Parts & Components
  • Relocation & Reinstallation of Cranes
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
  • Prepare visit reports and update CRM with customer interactions.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close orders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with service engineers for site visits and execution.
  • Track competitors' activities and market trends.
  • Participate in industrial exhibitions, customer meetings, and networking events.
