About the team

Fleet Management

What you can look forward to as Sales Fleet Management & Business Development:

Identifying largest truck and bus fleets in the Subregion
Identifying fleet profile and building strong relationships with the fleets
Increasing ZF branded product deliveries to the fleets by coordinating between Service and the fleets
Identifying and reporting development needs in the P & Service networks for the locations where large fleets are located.
Increasing the penetration of ZF Remanant parts to those fleets.

Your Profile as Fleet Management & Business Development:

Increasing the penetration of ZF Retro fitment parts to those fleets.
Achieving targeted fleet activities for the key fleets in the Subregion.
Monitoring fleet management of competitor’s business: - Fleet size and types - Identifying ZF share as % in these fleets and reporting competition activities.
Identifying collaboration opportunities by creating product showcase to the fleets for ZF products in vehicle procurement tenders.
Building business cases and reporting by having the Product and Service Division inputs.
