Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Minimum experience in copper/copper alloy foundry operations with hands-on exposure to molten metal handling and pouring activities.
  2. Sound knowledge of pouring temperature control, ladle handling, slag removal, and induction furnace molten metal transfer practices.
  3. Ability to identify and prevent common casting defects such as shrinkage, blowholes, cold shuts, and misruns through proper pouring techniques.
  4. Strict adherence to safety procedures, PPE usage, SOP compliance, and safe handling of molten metal in foundry environments.
