Job Description
Job Title Hospital Receptionist / Front Office Executive – Billing
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and front desk coordination
- Prepare and process patient bills accurately
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and insurance-related billing procedures
- Verify insurance details and coordinate approvals when required
- Maintain patient records and billing documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and laboratory departments
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and reports
- Address patient queries regarding billing and services
- Required QualificationsAny Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience with hospital management software is an advantage
- Prior receptionist or billing experience preferred
- Skills RequiredFront office management
