Job Description

Job Title Hospital Receptionist / Front Office Executive – Billing


Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally

  • Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Manage phone calls, inquiries, and front desk coordination
  • Prepare and process patient bills accurately
  • Handle cash, card, UPI, and insurance-related billing procedures
  • Verify insurance details and coordinate approvals when required
  • Maintain patient records and billing documentation
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and laboratory departments
  • Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and reports
  • Address patient queries regarding billing and services
  • Required QualificationsAny Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience with hospital management software is an advantage
  • Prior receptionist or billing experience preferred
  • Skills RequiredFront office management
