Job SummaryCareer Fairy India is looking for an energetic and field-oriented HR Executive to manage bulk hiring and workforce database collection activities for blue-collar, semi-skilled, and skilled manpower categories.

The role involves hiring and database generation for:

• Warehouse staff
• Delivery executives
• Packers & loaders
• Housekeeping staff
• Office boys
• Helpers
• Factory workers
• Field staff
• Welders
• Fitters
• AC Technicians
• Mechanics
• Electricians
• Machine operators
• Other skilled & semi-skilled technician categories

The candidate must actively travel across labour chowks, labour addas, industrial areas, mechanic sheds, technician hubs, and worker gathering points during mornings and evenings for direct candidate database collection and lead generation.

This role also includes field travel to onboard referral vendors, local manpower agents, and sourcing partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end blue collar and skilled workforce recruitment.
• Visit labour chowks, labour addas, and worker gathering locations daily during morning and evening hours for database collection.
• Generate direct candidate database from underprivileged and job-seeking communities for housekeeping, office boy, helper, and support staff roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with local referral vendors and manpower sourcing partners.
• Conduct field recruitment drives and walk-ins.
• Source candidates through:
• Field sourcing
• References
• WhatsApp groups
• Social media
• Local campaigns
• Job portals
• Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain daily lead tracker and recruitment reports.
• Ensure candidate onboarding and joining follow-up.
• Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements and deployment.
• Daily & Monthly TargetsMinimum 25 valid leads per day
• Minimum 500 valid leads per month
• Additional incentives will be provided based on higher valid lead generation and hiring performance as per company incentive slabs.
• Candidate RequirementsMust be comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge preferred.
• Tamil speaking mandatory; Hindi/basic English preferred.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Prior recruitment or field sales experience preferred.
• QualificationAny Degree / Diploma
