Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & HiringSource, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
NAPS Coordination :
- Manage apprenticeship activities through the NAPS portal.
- Coordinate apprentice registration, contract generation, and onboarding.
- Track attendance, stipend processing, and apprentice records.
- Liaise with establishments, apprentices, and NAPS authorities for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship guidelines and documentation requirements.
- Monitor contract validity, amendments, and apprentice progress.
