Job Description

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations and conduct smooth exit processes for departing staff.

Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, address staff grievances, and maintain a positive company culture.

Benefits & Payroll Admin: Oversee daily administration of healthcare plans, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.

Policy Compliance: Ensure all workplace practices and employee records align with current labor laws.
