About the Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and modern front-end frameworks  
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with databases. 
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through automated testing and code reviews. 
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms. 
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver business features. 
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code for scalability and maintainability. 
• Document solutions and follow best practices for version control and CI/CD. 
• Continuously improve development processes and mentor junior engineers. 

About You:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.  
• 6-10 years of Experience in full stack development with modern front-end technologies.  
• Experience with cloud platforms.  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies.  
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. 
• Expert in application architecture and scalable solutions 
• Advanced front-end and back-end integration 
• Cloud infrastructure management 
• Security and performance optimization 
• Technical leadership and mentoring

Preferred Skills: 

• Web technologies: React, Node JS, Spingboot, Spring Webflux, Fast API, dJango 
• Programming Language: .NET core / Java / Python and Typescript 
• API Integration: Apigee, Azure API Management 
• Cloud Technologies: Azure or GCP 
• DevOps: Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Git and Terraform 
• Dev SecOps: Sonarqube 
• Unit and Integration testing framework: Apache JMeter,  Nightwatch.js 
• Database: SQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server 
• Logs and Monitoring: new relic, splunk 
• Caching: Redis / Memorystore 
• Event Processing: Confluent Kafka or Google Pub/sub 

Secondary Skills: 

• Web technologies: Streamlit 
• API Integration: GraphQL 
• Unit and Integration testing framework: Playwright, Locust or FluentLenium
