## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and result-driven Project Delivery Leader to manage website development projects from project initiation to successful launch. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, developers, content writers, SEO teams, and support staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality websites while maintaining client satisfaction and company standards.

## Key Responsibilities

### Project Planning & Management

* Manage end-to-end website development projects.

* Prepare project schedules, milestones, delivery timelines, and resource allocation plans.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

* Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery records.

* Ensure project scope, timeline, and quality standards are consistently met.

### Client Relationship Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

* Gather project requirements and understand client expectations.

* Conduct project kickoff meetings, review discussions, and follow-up sessions.

* Obtain approvals for homepage designs, inner pages, content, and final launch.

* Handle client feedback professionally and coordinate necessary revisions.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

### Team Leadership & Coordination

* Coordinate with UI/UX designers, web developers, content writers, SEO executives, and support teams.

* Assign tasks and monitor daily team activities.

* Conduct regular project review meetings.

* Ensure effective communication among departments.

* Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and resource constraints.

* Motivate team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

### Website Development Monitoring

* Ensure homepage design approval before proceeding to inner page development.

* Monitor content integration, image optimization, and website structure.

* Track website development stages from design to deployment.

* Verify completion of mobile optimization and responsive design requirements.

* Ensure all project deliverables align with client expectations.

### Quality Assurance & Compliance

* Review website design, content, functionality, and user experience.

* Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and browser-compatible.

* Verify website speed, security, SEO readiness, and accessibility standards.

* Conduct comprehensive pre-launch quality checks.

* Ensure error-free content and spelling accuracy before launch.

* Maintain company quality standards across all projects.

### Website Launch & Deployment

* Plan and coordinate website launch activities.

* Manage domain registration, DNS configuration, hosting setup, SSL installation, and business email configuration.

* Coordinate website migration and deployment processes.

* Ensure smooth website launch without downtime or technical issues.

* Verify website performance after launch.

### Post-Launch Support

* Coordinate post-launch support and issue resolution.

* Monitor client feedback after deployment.

* Ensure pending corrections and updates are completed promptly.

* Maintain project closure documentation and handover reports.

### Reporting & Performance Monitoring

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

* Track website launch targets and project completion rates.

* Monitor team productivity and project delivery performance.

* Escalate project risks and delays to management.

* Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

* Project Management certification is an added advantage.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in website development project management.

* Proven experience handling multiple website projects simultaneously.

## Required Skills

* Knowledge of website development life cycle (SDLC).

* Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, hosting environments, domains, SSL, and email solutions.

* Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.

## Preferred Experience

* Experience managing School, College, University, Hospital, Nursing, Polytechnic, Engineering, and Corporate website projects.

* Knowledge of SEO, UI/UX design principles, digital marketing, and website optimization.

* Experience handling website redesign, migration, and maintenance projects.

* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and website performance tools.
