Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Operation & Maintenance of  NOKIA/Huawei MSS,MGW,HLR/IMS and Routers
• Timely roll out of Core Network
• Adherence to the NWS Processes
• NW Modification & Augmentation
• Ensuring Network Availability >99%
• Customer Complaints Handling

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

•  
• Should have Knowledge on CORE domain
• Should have Knowledge on VoLTE
• Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints
• Should be familiar with MAP/CAP/ISUP/Diameter signaling
• Should poses knowledge to take trace from Protocol analyzer and troubleshoot call failures/System failure in short time frame

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least two years of CORE experience
• Preferably experience in the NOKIA/ HLR / MGW / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting
